Clinic Capacity and Cleaning
There is now two physiotherapist working in the clinic per day and one administrator
We will only have limited appointments available each week but as the time goes on we hope to increase our capacity.
Appointments will be spaced out so that there are 15 minutes between appointments. This will enable the clinician to have time to change PPE and clean all surfaces that have been touched by either the clinician or the patients with alcohol-based spray. This includes the plinths, seat handles, door handles, taps and light switches of the treatment room and the toilet if it is used during the patients visit.
Where possible, windows and doors will be opened to increase ventilation
Gym equipment, towels and couch covers will not be used.
Pillow are wipeable and will be cleaned by the clinician between sessions.
Couch roll will be used on the couch and pillows.
A deep clean of the clinic will happen daily.

Your physiotherapist will be wearing the following PPE at your appointment. This is in compliance with current government guidelines:https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/wuhan-novel-coronavirus-infection-prevention-and-control

Your Agreement with Us
We advise that you continue with virtual sessions unless there is clinical need to have hands on physiotherapy. You will have a phone consultation with your physiotherapist before coming into the clinic so that they can assess the need for a face to face consultation. This is in line with the recommendations from our regulatory body The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
