Pilates  - Mixed Ability

A total body conditioning system that focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. It involves a series of controlled movements and exercises and uses light equipment such as balls & bands.

Throughout the class, emphasis is placed on mindful movement, proper technique, and controlled breathing, as is typical in traditional Pilates practice.

Pilates  - LBT

A Pilates LBT (Legs, Bums, and Tums) class is a dynamic and targeted workout designed to tone and sculpt the lower body while strengthening and stabilizing the core muscles.

This class combines the principles of Pilates with exercises specifically focused on toning and firming the legs, buttocks, and abdominal muscles.

Pilates  - Back & Core

A Pilates Back & Core class is a specialised workout focused on strengthening and stabilizing the muscles of the back and core, including the abdominals, obliques, and muscles along the spine.

This class combines traditional Pilates exercises with targeted movements designed to improve posture, alleviate back pain, and enhance overall spinal health.

Pilates - Cardio

A Pilates cardio class is a fast-paced and energetic workout that seamlessly combines classic Pilates mat exercises with cardio intervals such as jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and high knees.

These cardio intervals help to increase the heart rate, boost metabolism, and enhance endurance, while the Pilates exercises focus on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and promoting proper alignment and posture.

A  high energy class consisting of interval training - each interval lasting four minutes. During each round, you'll perform a specific exercise at maximum effort for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Targeting different muscle groups or movements with each interval.

The class uses both light weights and body weight movements and everyone works to their own intensity making this class suitable for all.



This is a lunchtime express class of 35 minutes - you'll lift, swing and push a weight of your choice for a challenging yet rewarding workout experience that improves strength and endurance and torches calories in a relatively short amount of time. 

The class uses kettlebells and there is a choice of weight so everyone works to their own intensity making this class suitable for all.
