Pilates - Mixed Ability
A total body conditioning system that focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. It involves a series of controlled movements and exercises and uses light equipment such as balls & bands.

Throughout the class, emphasis is placed on mindful movement, proper technique, and controlled breathing, as is typical in traditional Pilates practice.
Pilates - Intermediate
An intermediate Pilates class builds upon the foundational principles and exercises introduced in beginner classes. It typically involves more challenging movements and sequences designed to further strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.

Participants are expected to have a basic understanding of Pilates principles and proper technique. The focus shifts towards refining form, alignment, and precision in movement execution to maximize effectiveness and safety.
Pilates - Back & Core
A Pilates Back & Core class is a specialised workout focused on strengthening and stabilizing the muscles of the back and core, including the abdominals, obliques, and muscles along the spine.
This class combines traditional Pilates exercises with targeted movements designed to improve posture, alleviate back pain, and enhance overall spinal health.
Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT)
A LBT (Legs, Bums, and Tums) class is a dynamic and targeted workout designed to tone and sculpt the lower body while strengthening and stabilizing the core muscles.
This class uses both bodyweight and light weights with exercises specifically focused on toning and firming the legs, buttocks, and abdominal muscles.

Strength & Tone
In this class, you will learn proper form, technique, and body alignment to safely and effectively perform a variety of strength exercises targeting major muscle groups. Using a combination of bodyweight exercises and light weights, you'll work your way through a series of exercises designed to build strength and increase muscle tone.
Everyone works to their own intensity - choosing their preferred weight (or not!) and working at their own pace - making this class suitable for all.
Kettlebells
This is a lunchtime express class of 35 minutes - you'll lift, swing and push a weight of your choice for a challenging yet rewarding workout experience that improves strength and endurance and torches calories in a relatively short amount of time.
The class uses kettlebells and there is a choice of weight so everyone works to their own intensity making this class suitable for all.
